Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy. You may submit a return request within 30 days after receiving your items.
To be eligible for a return, the product must be kept in its original condition: unworn, unused, with original tags and intact original packaging. A purchase receipt or other proof of purchase is also required.

Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return label and detailed shipping instructions. Items sent back without prior return application will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or incorrect, so that we can assess and resolve the issue promptly.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for returns, including custom-made and personalized products.
We do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases. Please contact us if you have any questions about specific products.
Discounted items and gift cards are non-refundable and non-returnable.
Exchanges
The fastest way to receive a new product is to return your original item. Once your return is approved, you may place a new separate order for replacement.
EU 14-Day Right of Withdrawal
For orders delivered within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your purchase within 14 days without providing any reason. The same return conditions apply: items must be unused, unopened, with original tags and packaging, and accompanied by valid proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we receive and inspect your returned goods, and inform you whether your refund is approved.
If approved, the refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that banks or credit card providers may need additional time to process and post the refund.
